After receiving her training and certification in India, Alessia expanded her expertise across different parts of the world, honing a knowledge that goes beyond mere technique. Her approach integrates mind, body, and spirit, offering personalized treatments tailored to your specific energetic and psycho-physical well-being needs. [One of the typical treatments offered is the Traditional Sardinian Massage, an ancient art passed down from generation to generation in our land. Originally used to ease strains, contractures, and blockages, this treatment is characterized by a localized massage that, while sometimes intense, is incredibly effective in reducing muscle tension and pain. An authentic experience that combines tradition with well-being.

Traditional Sardinian Fresh Pasta Course

SDiscover the secrets of traditional Sardinian cuisine with a fresh pasta course immersed in the gastronomic culture of the Baronia region. Led by our chef Luigi, an expert in both Sardinian and international cuisine, you'll have the opportunity to learn how to prepare two of the most famous pastas from our area:

“Macarrones de busa”: Sardinian "spaghetti" made using a metal stick, which gives the pasta its characteristic shape, with a hole running through the middle. A dish that is a true symbol of Baronia tradition.
“Maccarrones de punzu”: raditional Sardinian gnocchi, made with the help of a wooden tool featuring grooves, which give the pasta its classic striped appearance, perfect for holding sauce.

During the course, which lasts about 3 hours in the morning, guests will get hands-on experience preparing these delicious dishes, learning traditional techniques directly from the kitchen. At the end, you'll receive the complete recipe to recreate these dishes once you're back home, along with all the tools needed to make fresh pasta independently.
The course is designed for a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 6 people, ensuring an intimate and personalized experience. To guarantee that you can take part in this unique experience during your stay, we recommend booking in advance.

Our chef Luigi, with a long career behind him, holds a professional qualification and completed an internship at the renowned Vissani, perfecting his culinary skills. Luigi has also gained extensive experience working in various kitchens abroad, across Italy, France, Germany, and beyond, enriching his repertoire with international techniques and recipes.

The chef offers three different menus, each highlighting the rich gastronomic tradition of our region:
Gourmet Menu: a refined and creative experience that highlights local ingredients in innovative, high-end dishes.
Traditional Menù: a dive into the flavors of our land, with typical dishes prepared according to the most authentic recipes.
Custom Menu: ua personalized option that adapts to the guests' tastes and preferences, arranged directly with the chef.
